Here at Kalo Body Bar we do everything we can to accommodate modifications to your appointments however due to a recent rise in
‘No-Shows’ we have put the following policies in place:
Credit Card On File - We Require all New and Existing Clients to Leave a Credit Card Number and it will be saved in our secure system to help us enforce our cancellation policy.
Early/Late Policy - Now more than ever with COVID-19 Protocols our appointment times are stringently scheduled. Therefore arriving any later than 5 minutes after your appointment time will be classified as a ‘No Show’ as it begins to run into the next appointment slot and causes a Trickle Effect of issues.
Arriving more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time can result in ‘bottlenecking’ the foyer and goes against Government of Canada and Alberta Health Services Guidelines for COVID-19 and may result in a closure or heavy fines for Kalo and our patrons. This is why we send instructions on Kalos COVID Procedures upno booking and why they are so important.
Individual Bookings - For Individual Bookings on ALL Services at Kalo Body Bar a 24 Hour notification to cancel or re-schedule is required. Should 24 hour notice not be given, without a substantial reason, we require a 25% Cancellation Fee of the current listed service price per treatment before your next appointment. This will be charged to your card the day of the ‘Missed Appointment’
**This means if you purchased your package at 50% off your cancellation fee will be charged on the full price not the sale price. ie: $100 Service = $25.00 Cancellation Fee
Group Bookings - For ALL Group Bookings at Kalo Body Bar a 72 Hour notification to cancel or re-schedule is required. Should 72 Hour notice not be given, without a substantial reason, we require a 25% Cancellation Fee Per Service Per Guest of the current listed service price per treatment before your next appointment. This will be charged to your card the day of the ‘Missed Appointment’
The Kalo Promise - At Kalo, we value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should a Technician need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events less than 24 hours prior to your appointment we will honor a 25% credit on your account to use towards any service and do everything we can to rebook you in a timely manner.
We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that could prevent proper notice, therefore we allow the technician performing the appointments discretion. Private Matters will be held in the same confidentiality as treatments and as always Our Clients are the Heart of Our Business and allow us to do what we love!
